Richard Seymour apologizes for slap

The most obvious thing that one can see in this article is the lack of sportsmenship. Just because you are not happy with the fact that you didn't get to score the touchdown, doesn't mean that you can go around punching others in the face, right? All i can say is that, these men both deserve to be suspended for each of their actions, and fined too.

Apparently, Seymour was walking away from all the celebration and all, but Ben ran over and grabbed his shoulder and said something to him. Seymour got mad and punched Ben right in the face. Trash talking is one thing, but seeking a guy out after he's walking away and grabbing him to say something, that's un-called for and dumb.

 

So, I hope, that Ben has learnt his lesson, and from this incident all sportsmen learn how to play with sportsmanship, and take everything lightly, not as if it was a live-or-death situation.
