MJ all over again

The case of Michael Jackson’s death is a sad one. Even after he passed on, there are still controversies about his cause of death. I remembered the day when he died, I was on my way to work and I was in the bus. TV mobile was screening Channel News Asia when the headlines stated that Michael Jackson had died. I almost cried in the bus thinking what kind of sick joke were they pulling. But it turned out to be true. Ever since then, the media has not stopped hounding his family about the cause of death. I think that the media used this opportunity to create such a mess of his death just to feed his fans and the world a story, which is hurting to his family and Michael Jackson. It is devastating to be asked to make a comment every time about the death of a loved one, but I don’t see how the Jackson family can let his death go just because he has to rest in peace. I mean, let the dead be dead and rest in peace? How can that happen when the truth has not been answered? Wouldn’t you want to know who killed you and how you died if there was a chance to reveal truth? And as a family member, one would definitely go to all extent to find justice for their loved ones if they feel that there’s no justice done about the fact that the victim was murdered and his killer was still walking free. Personally, I don’t believe Michael Jackson committed suicide because it doesn’t make any sense when he was preparing to make a comeback into the entertainment industry. There is however a chance that he may have overdosed himself accidently while on medication. It is known that he took many painkillers because of his injuries due to dancing for many years and the fact that he was not young anymore. And to disagree with Maran: “Would that make his fans any happier, knowing that he killed himself. All it would do is to loosen their faith and love for M.J and his great legacy.” I’d say yes, of course it doesn’t make his fans feel any better to know he killed himself, but as a fan they would feel at ease and may finally be able to let Michael Jackson go and let him rest in peace. They loved him and it doesn’t make it any easier for them not to know what really happened to their Pop- King. To conclude, as a fan of Michael Jackson, I really hope that the investigations going on will give an insight to what actually took place on that unfortunate June 25th because if Michael Jackson was in fact murdered, he killer should be caught and sentence to death.

Michael Jackson: on trial yet again

Michael Jackson may have accidental overdose on prescription pills which resulted in his death. He also required powerful painkillers which can be highly addictive, thus resulting in overdosing.

If he really was overdosed on drugs, then I feel that Dr Murray is fully responsible for it. Because it calls into question the responsibility of the doctors who prescribed these pills to him and how safe and addictive are these pills for the public to take.

Dr Murray is also accused of administering the powerful anesthetic - propofol to the singer to help him sleep and failing to monitor him. How irresponsible can this doctor get? Since it is a powerful anesthetic, he should monitor him closely. If he did monitored him, Michael Jackson may not have died.

But since he have already died, we should just let him rest in peace and hopefully the media can stop making up stories of how he died.

Jackson All Over Again

I would like to begin by quoting from the article: 'The superstar may be gone, but the hysteria and hullabaloo that accompanied his every move continues.' This is most certainly true to a large extent. Michael Jackson a.k.a M.J died in the year of 2010, and now in this new year, his death is still a debatable question. How did Michael Jackson die? Did his doctor poison him? Or did he kill himself?

Many of his die-hard fans are dying to know the truth behind their idol's death. Well, not me though. What I think is justifiable is that we rest his case. He's dead for goodness sake, let the man rest in peace. Serioully, does it matter how he died? Is he going to rise from his grave when the truth is attained? I doubt that he will. All the truth does is to punish the guilty ones, but what if, what if it is proven that M.J killed himself? Would that make his fans any happier, Knowing that he killed himself. All it would do is to loosen their faith and love for M.J and his great legacy.

Thus, I personally belive that let the dead be dead. There is no need to dig up long-gone issues now that there is no point in doing so. Cheerios)

South Korea vows to bomb North if attacked again

I don't understand why South Korea would want to carry out their military training near their disputed border with the North Korea despite knowing that the border is a very sensitive issue between the two countries. Perhaps like what other said, they do not want to be the one getting bullied everytime so they decided to do these kind of ignorant things.Their actions make me feel that they just want have war with North Korea.

On the other hand, I also hope that North Korea should stop attacking the South. There is no point to keep on fighting and fighting.

I just wish that both South and North Korea's government are willing to come to an agreement and stop all these fights so that the innocent will not get hurt. A good government will spare a thought for their citizens!

Lastly, having War means sacrificing a lot of innocent and precious lives, it is not worth!

South Korea vows to bomb North if attacked again

It is scary when the word ‘war’ comes to mind. Families have to see their loved ones go to war to protect the nation and its people. Not knowing that if there’s a chance that they will live or if they are going to make it back home; the waiting is just horrible. One country’s idea about the best way to live that differs radically from the values held by the other country leads to a value of conflict. The situation is such for North Korea and South Korea for many years. Now with the hostility between North Korea and South Korea escalating, there may be a possibility that the bombings would not stop and more soldiers and citizens are going to suffer. The government of both countries has always been at logger heads with each other, every little thing that happens in South Korea has a direct impact in North Korea, especially when it comes to military affairs.  I don’t get why North Korea has this thinking that whoever has the best military base or nuclear weapons is the most superior in the world. Violence does not solve everything. Between both countries, I believe that South Korea has more patience and would want to avoid war at all cost. That is why, I hope that they can settle this situation in a diplomatic manner and make peace. If South Korea has no choice but to go to war with North Korea, I personally wish South would win because enough is enough! it is time that they make a stand for themselve and stop all this once and for all. North Korea has provked them repeatly and i think it is time for a payback. Also, if South wins, they can change the way of living in North Korea so that the people of both countries can live in harmony and not suffer the aftermath of a pointless and ruthless war.
